We walk the boundary with you. Levels, posts, neighbours, and what the ground will actually take.
Every Hertfordshire plot is different — a St Albans terrace, a Watford family garden, a Welwyn road frontage. The survey is not a sales visit. We measure, photograph, and talk through privacy, noise, and access so the specification is honest before anyone orders timber.

We specify materials that belong to the property: featheredge for privacy, composite where maintenance must stay low, acoustic boards beside a busy road, railings on a period frontage. You see the proposal — line, height, and finish — before we order.

Installation is the specification made real. We set posts for Hertfordshire clay, keep gravel boards out of standing water, and leave the garden tidy. Neighbour-facing faces are finished as carefully as the side you live with.
